Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every interaction with Thathpara Ahoratra to feel fair and clear. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work.

Free services

Reading the site, using the numerology tool, subscribing to the newsletter, and asking a question through Ask Thathpara are all free. No payment is ever needed to have a question considered for our weekly sessions, which are shared as Stories on our social media.

Payments

This website does not take payments online. Where a consultation, camp or journey has a fee, we confirm the amount and how to pay with you directly before anything is booked, and share a receipt when payment is made.

Consultations

• Rescheduling: you may reschedule free of charge by letting us know at least 24 hours before your session.
• Cancelling 24 hours or more ahead: full refund.
• Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead, or not attending: the fee is normally not refundable, though we will try to offer one new time where we can.
• If we cancel or cannot hold the session: you choose a new time or a full refund.
• After the session: as a consultation is a personal service prepared and delivered for you, it cannot be refunded once it has taken place.

Camps & journeys

Camps and journeys often involve advance bookings with third parties (travel, stay, venues). Their specific cancellation and refund terms are shared with you in writing before you register, and those terms apply. If we cancel a camp or journey, you receive a full refund of what you paid us.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Any charges levied by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.

Write to thathparaahoratra@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name and booking details. We reply within 2 working days.
